Marching Band, consisting of the Concert and Symphonic Bands, performs at home football games. Pep Band performs at basketball games.

Advanced band students interested in jazz, rock, and contemporary music can audition with Mr. Alston in the spring for the Stage Band which performs at the Fall and Spring Concerts, as well as area jazz competitions.

The South Side Band Festival includes bands from Lakeridge, Waluga Junior High, and several elementary schools.

A popular event is the Classy'n Cool Concert which features all groups performing pops music. The Winter Concert is highlight with the Combined Orchestra, Choirs, and Lakeridge alumni performing Handel's "Hallelujah Chorus."

Groups enter Three Rivers League and All State Music competitions.
