Speech and Debate

Members of the Lakeridge Speech and Debate Team regularly practice for and compete in debating and public speaking tournaments. Members can participate in parliamentary debate, Lincoln Douglas, and Cross Examination and a variety of individual speaking events including interpretive reading, informative, persuasive, after dinner, impromptu and extemporaneous speaking.

Who's Eligible: Students in grades 9-12 who are interested in forensics

How to Join: If you would like to join, come to a meeting. The team meets in the library at 3:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
