Acting as a parent advisory committee to the LHS principal, SAC provides a communication link between the community and school administration. Parents and members of the community are encouraged to contact SAC members with questions and concerns. Important issues such as the impact of Measure 5, curriculum, the school building budget, and concerns that arise at LHS are discussed. Members serve 2-year terms, apply in the spring, and are appointed by the school district.
